eArchive - simple and powerful system for storing electronic documents
The system NOVA eArchive allows saving of electronic documents. Each electronic document comprises descriptive data, by which it can also be searched. Each document can be associated with multiple files. The system NOVA eArchive shares common infrastructure and settings with the system NOVA BPM.

Integration with the systems NOVA and NOVA BPM
With the system NOVA:
- Viewing and searching of documents in the NOVA client
- Export of documents in the archive (module Edocs in NOVA)
With the system NOVA BPM:
- Creating of documents from the attachments inside the process
- Creating of documents from the files/documents, which are already in the archive
- Insert and update of the document data from the process
